Anadolu Jet

Anadolu Jet

AnadoluJet was established in April 2008 as a different trademark structured by Turkish Airlines with a new business model in order to enable large masses of people to benefit from transportation services. Since 29 March 2020, it has started to organize international flights from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. With the establishment of AnadoluJet, it was aimed to connect Ankara to Anatolian cities, to simplify the additional services offered to THY passengers, and to reflect the cost advantage to be obtained with the economy class configuration to the ticket prices. Thus, it was ensured that a wider audience could benefit from the air transportation service, and travel by plane became more attractive by reflecting the cost advantages to the ticket prices. The number of passengers on Ankara lines increased by 80%, and the occupancy rate reached 90%. AnadoluJet, which started operations with 5 aircraft, reached a fleet of 8 aircraft in its first year and 16 aircraft in the first half of 2010. Having increased its fleet to 30 aircraft in 2021, AnadoluJet currently operates with 39 aircraft. It aims to increase the number of aircraft in the fleet to 60 with the start of international flights in March 2020.
