Ağrı, one of the important touristic cities of the eastern region, is visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists every year. Ağrı, which is frequently preferred by foreign tourists, has culturally important places. In the city, where you can make weekly excursion programs, the effects of many civilizations, especially the Ottoman Empire, can be seen. Among the places that must be visited in Ağrı are Mount Ararat National Park, İshak Pasha Palace, Meteor pit, Doğubeyazıt Castle, Avnik Castle, Diyadin Thermal Springs, Ahmet Hani Tomb, Beyazıt Old Mosque and licorice caves.
